Situated in Noida, near Delhi, we have provided India and outside business with high quality screen printing jobs for over 35 years. Our services include screen and sublimation printing on woven and knitted garments such as hosieries, cotton, viscose, canvas, chiffons, polyesters, silks, belts, tapes, resins and so on with a variety of inks like plastisols, water based, high density, gels, glitters, discharge, foils, flocks, burnouts and many more. We also deal in heat transfers, brush and spray printing which is a very intricate form of garment decoration.

Company Profile

The company commenced its operations in 1980 and has been growing ever since. Initially we started with plastisol inks limiting our work area, then gradually with time, expertise and experience we started using water based inks which opened up global markets. We introduced the challenger an automatic printing machine which bought about the convenience of printing on ready T-shirts, semi stitched garments and panels.

Infrastructure

Our units accommodate more than fifteen automatic and manual printing, curing, flocking and heat transfer machines, besides housing more than thirty printing tables which measure eighty feet in length and six feet in width These machines and tables combined with manpower are capable of producing superior quality prints at a very fast rate of speed.

Sublimation is a process where the dye transitions between the solid and gas states without going through a liquid stage.

Water-Based Inks

These penetrate the fabric more than the plastisol inks and create a much softer feel. Ideal for printing darker inks onto lighter colored garments. Also useful for larger area prints where texture is important. Some inks require heat or an added catalyst to make the print permanent.

Plastisol

The most common ink used in commercial garment decoration. Good color opacity onto dark garments and clear graphic detail with, as the name suggests, a more plasticized texture. This print can be made softer with special additives or heavier by adding extra layers of ink.

Discharge Inks

Used to print lighter colours onto dark background fabrics, they work by removing the dye in the garment - this means they leave a much softer texture. exact colours are difficult to control, but quite good for distressed prints. Variation has to be accounted for.
